Sculpture

Daphna Katzor-Laszlo began engaging in ceramic sculpture in 1990. The sculpting process usually begins with a chunk of clay; however, at times, clay links are used. The works are colored with engobes, terra sigillata, and different glazes and are later fired in an oven. The sculpting process is done entirely by hand. In some cases, the ceramic sculptures are used to create bronze casts.
